The snow has been falling for about oh... 2 weeks now and it is getting deep! Finally out of the subzero temps... now I can play! Anyway, while I was awaiting for the mercury to rise I was biding my time creating some hot pieces for as little dinero as possible...
I call them my long lovers because DAMN they are sexy on anyone! I just take a 21 gauge sterling wire cut 2 3inch pieces fold them in half... make a loop and then take out my days aggression using a bench block and mallet (and earplugs) and go to town for 30 seconds or so and then the ear wire is done! Now I get to add the beads... I have been fawning over these hand blown glass beads available from KaayKay Designs (no such website yet but see contact info below) for $2.00 each! I am truly in love with these beads because they are light weight and touch your neck in just the right spot. After that bead I just added little bits from here and there... and viola an inexpensive and hot pair of earrings in minutes! These earrings are easily my best sellers right now!
